Stephanie Kay Swant

Stephanie Kay Swant grew up in Valencia, California and moved to Marietta, Georgia the summer before 9th grade. She attended Pebblebrook High School while dancing with Atlanta Ballet’s Centre for Dance Education. Highlights from her time in Georgia include playing Maria in the Atlanta Ballet’s Nutcracker, dancing with the company in roles such as Waltz of the Flowers and Snow, Black light pas Legs in Il Distrato, Alice in Wonderland, Iris Kelly in Pebblebrook’s Fame the Musical, and working with many
prestigious choreographers such as Ann Reinking and Mia Michaels. During the summers she studied with Boston Ballet and Atlanta Ballet.


Stephanie graduated from Elon University with a BFA in Music Theatre. She has lived and performed in New York City and Los Angeles. Her favorite credits include Bonnie in Anything Goes at the Covina Center, Hedy in How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying at Fireside Dinner Theatre, White Christmas at the Arts Center of Coastal Carolina, A Christmas Carol at the McCarter Theater, Phyllis Dale in 42nd Street, Rumpleteazer in CATS and Alice in Seven Brides for Seven Brothers. She is a proud member of the Actors’ Equity Association (AEA). 

 

Along with her performance career she has choreographed musicals across the nation and taught musical theatre, ballet, lyrical and tap to ages 2-Adult. She is currently the  Choreographer for the Southeastern Theatre Conference; choreographing auditions for companies such as Disney, Maine State Music Theatre, RWS Entertainment Group, Dollywood, Norwegian Cruise Lines and many more.

 

Back in Atlanta, Stephanie has her own Event Company specially working with Georgia Tech Athletics. She can’t
wait to share her experience and love for dance with the students at Integrity 360 Dance Center.
