Today, Heather is the Owner and Director of Integrity 360 Dance Center, where she teaches, choreographs, mentors dancers, and wears many other hats. She is passionate about creating an environment where dancers receive high-quality training while also feeling encouraged to ask questions, take creative risks, build confidence, and grow into their own unique strengths as performers and people.

Heather holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology Exercise Science from California State University, Northridge. She is a certified Acrobatic Arts instructor, having completed the organization’s comprehensive Module One teacher certification in AcroDance technique, anatomy, skill progressions, and safe spotting practices, including both practical and written examinations. She also holds certification in the Acrobatic Arts AcroDance Preschool Program.

Heather is also a professional dance competition adjudicator and a member of the judging panel represented by Impact Dance Adjudicators (IDA), a nationally recognized organization representing experienced, pre-screened adjudicators selected for their expertise across multiple styles of dance. Through IDA and other judging opportunities, Heather brings her extensive experience as an educator and performer to competitions across the country.

At the heart of Heather’s teaching philosophy is the belief that excellent dance education is about more than learning steps. Her goal is to develop well-rounded dancers who combine strong technique and artistry with confidence, curiosity, professionalism, kindness, and a lifelong appreciation for the performing arts.
