COVID-19 PROCEDURES
Integrity 360 Dance Center is making every effort to limit the spread of COVID-19 in its facility. We follow the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Guidelines to determine our procedure at the studio. Integrity 360’s protocols for masking and taking temperatures are reviewed on a weekly basis and when there are updates, we will communicate them via email, text, and website updates.
UPDATE
As of March 30, 2022 masks will not be required in the facility, but they are highly encouraged for individuals who are not vaccinated or unable to be vaccinated. At any point, if the case counts increase or there is guidance from the CDC to resume wearing masks at all times indoors we will reassess the policy at that time and communicate to dancers' families.
Although the lobby is open for trial students' parents to observe their trial class and for parents to drop off their dancers, we would like to continue to limit the amount of people in the lobby at any one time. Parents of 2-5 year olds may walk their dancer to the front door for check-in and to take them to the restroom if needed. We have a CCTV system throughout the studio and will provide parents the link or login information to view their child’s class(es) on camera. We provide the closed circuit tv option because we believe in full transparency and feel that parents should be able to observe their child(ren)’s classes.
PANDEMIC PROTOCOL
SHELTER IN PLACE
If at any time we experience a shelter in place order from the Governor or President, classes will convert to virtual classes and instruction will continue. Families will receive communication to this effect with ZOOM login instructions if we need to move to virtual classes. There may be an approximate one-week transition period from the date of the shelter in place order until virtual classes begin so that we have adequate time to implement our action plan and communicate with all families. This brief period, if needed, will be treated as inclement weather days, and your dancer can choose a make-up class from an appropriate class on our schedule. No refunds will be given for this week. You must call or email to reserve a spot in your chosen makeup class. Please keep in mind that a 30-day written notice will still be required for withdrawal if you decide to withdraw your child.
VIRTUAL CLASSES
In the event that we need to offer virtual classes for a longer period of time, or for a larger group of families for whatever reason, we may offer a limited number of classes taught exclusively via ZOOM. These virtual classes would be offered on a month-to-month basis and will be subject to end or change at any time. We will need a minimum of five dancers to register for each virtual-only class offered in order to keep the class on the schedule. Our standard 30-day withdrawal policy applies to these virtual classes. If at any point the number of students drops below five or if environmental conditions improve in regard to the pandemic, we may cancel the class with the goal that we find an in-person class option for your dancer. If we are not able to find a suitable option, we would credit tuition appropriately. If you decide to move to in-studio classes your dancer may only move into an existing, in-person class that also has available space.
